1. What’s the cancellation policy for training sessions?

A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule weekday sessions and Saturday sessions before 1 PM. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged in full and are non-transferable.

2. Do you offer refunds or transfers for unused sessions?

No. All training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the time period stated at purchase.

3. What if I’m late to my session?

Sessions will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for your coach’s schedule. Please arrive on time to get the most out of your training.

4. Do I need a doctor’s clearance before starting?

Yes. All clients must confirm they’ve received medical clearance and are fit to participate in physical training. Notify your coach of any injuries or health conditions beforehand.

5. What types of training do you offer?

Supafit Fitness offers strength training, performance coaching, mobility work, and personalized plans based on your goals. Group and individual sessions are available.

6. Can I share or transfer my training package to someone else?

No. All sessions are for individual use only and cannot be transferred, shared, or gifted to others.
